Abstract |
||
| Good entrepreneurship is often described by investors as “80% the guy, 20% the company”. Of course this doesn’t only apply to men, but also to women. It gives a good description of the view that wisdom, knowledge and skills are equally important as a good Net Present Value (NPV) calculation and marketing plan. In this workshop participants will be introduced to important entrepreneurial competences. We provide tools to recognize these competences in yourself and in others, and how to develop them. Striking examples will be given form practice, from our group of 40 young companies of whom most entrepreneurs had themselves analyzed on their entrepreneurial competences. |

Together with businesses and interest groups, including the government, Gitte designs learning and development programmes that vary from in-company marketing and strategy courses to research projects focused on knowledge transfer and entrepreneurship. Young and starting enterprises in knowledge intensive sectors require expertise, facilities for their production processes and professional coaches to develop their enterprise successfully. In our valorization program, young entrepreneurs can get this assistance through cooperating universities and regional development parties. |
