Abstract

The workshop "How entrepreneurial are you?" will offer you insight into the scope of your entrepreneurial qualities and behaviour.  Discover areas of growth and learn how to compensate for any shortcomings. The test will serve as a starting point for gaining insight into what (internal) entrepreneurs can, or cannot do, themselves. In short, you will learn to identify your (entrepreneurial) strengths and to recognise which qualities have development potential, and which you need to compensate. Your team or department needn’t possess all the skills and qualities necessary for entrepreneurship. The main thing is awareness of your own capabilities. Entrepreneurship starts with self-knowledge, and this test will certainly contribute to that.

Raffi Balder

Within New Venture Raffi Balder is responsible for and facilitating the coaching and specialist consulting of the starting entrepreneurs by (former) entrepreneurs and managers of New Venture's partner companies. In addition, she is contact person for New Venture's partner companies. Raffi studied corporate law and tax law at the University of Leiden. Before she joined New Venture in June 2008 she worked as a tax lawyer.

Taco Bos

Taco Bos works as Project Manager Communications within New Venture. He is responsible for Marketing, PR and he is also the first contact for the New Venture participants. Taco graduated with a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Groningen and has marketing experience within a fast moving consumer goods company.
