Location and addressBCF Career Event 2012 will take place in Congress Centre/RAI Theatre of Amsterdam RAI. You will find the congress centre by following the signs to entrance G.

Booth set-upYou booth space is allocated by the organization of the BCF Career Event. On the floor plan you will receive in April, you can find the location of your booth.
Most exhibitors will place a pop-up wall or some banners in their booth space. The booth doesn’t have sides or back walls on which you can display posters. It is not allowed to spread promotional material outside your booth space.
You can make free use of a skirted table (80 x 140 cm) and two chairs via the organisation, but you have to order these. Other materials can be hired through RAI Exhibitor Services. Electricity also needs to be ordered directly through RAI Exhibitor Services. An early-bird discount applies if you order before April 25th.
Booth CrewTry to provide a varied crew, the visitors would like to come into contact with employees that do the same work as they could be hired for, but will also have questions about available job vacancies and perhaps working conditions. Therefore, provide a mix between HR employees and employees that work in the required function. Prepare the crew, for example by identifying possible scenarios and by studying the website. The biggest point of frustration of visitors is badly informed personnel.
If you wish to run your booth with more than 5 people, we advise you to book a large booth or a corner booth. 5 persons with conversation partners is very crowded on 6 m2.
Through your account on BCFjobs.nl you need to fill in the names of your booth crew no later than May 1st.
Contact with visitorsMake sure you have flyers and gadgets to hand out. This attracts visitors and will remind them of your organisation afterwards. Candy also attracts visitors. Make sure you have enough business cards. It is not allowed to spread promotional material outside of your booth.
To come in to contact with visitors, you can also raffle a prize. The organisation can facilitate by posting this in a news letter or broadcasting it during the event. If you are interested, please contact us no later than May 1st.
Catering
BCFjobs.nlIf you have an Expo-basic package or larger, you will receive several credits for BCFjobs.nl. These are added to your account as job vacancy placements, but can be (partially) exchanged for access to the CV database. On average the website attracts 33,000 visitors each month. 73% of visitors of BCF Career Event state that they use BCFjobs.nl when they prepare for their visit of the fair. Therefore, make sure your profile is up-to-date and place relevant vacancies.
BCFjobs,bl is also the portal through which you can register booth crew and log on to the webshop of RAI Exhibitor Services to order e.g. electricity.
Place your vacancies before May 1st. We will place a number of vacancies on the Job Board at BCF Career Event free of charge. Through this form you can let us know which vacancies to place.
Promotion of the eventWe appreciate it when exhibitors help in the promotion of BCF Career Event by for example placing a banner on your website, placing a news item in a newsletter or mentioning it on social media. Even if it doesn’t reach potential visitors directly, all this helps us generate word of mouth promotion, which is the best promotion.
