Jan Derks graduated as an Organizational psychologist and psychologist of Labor and Health at the University of Amsterdam. He started his career as a consultant in recruitment and selection and grew to the position of Business Manager Life Sciences in one of the leading agencies in the Netherlands. In 2001 Jan started Derks & Derks B.V.: an independent consultancy agency, specialized in recruitment, selection, assessment, temporary staffing and coaching. The organization is predominantly active in Life Sciences. Distinctive about the organization is the academic approach, consultants with a strong background in psychology, a quality management system (according to ISO 9001:2000) and thorough knowledge of the Life Sciences business. In 2008 Derks & Derks B.V. co-founded the website http://www.fmfvacatures.nl/, where all bachelor+ vacancies in the Netherlands in Life Sciences can be found. |
